The International Business Coach Institute
The IBCI is the world’s largest international association consisting solely of professionally trained and accredited business coaches.
Being such a massive growth industry it’s imperative
that the industry operate to strict standards to make sure coaches
perform at their best and clients can be sure they are dealing with
qualified coaches.
Previously there has been no purely global regulatory organisation for business coaches. IBCI
was founded by a group of highly experienced business coaches dedicated
to providing a consistent and professional standard worldwide.
IBCI now has hundreds of members and has been formed to provide both
clients and members with the stability and support required in order to
build, maintain and protect the veracity of the business coaching
industry.
New Zealand Institue of Chartered Accountants
The NZICA
(New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants) represents over 29,000
members in New Zealand and more than 90 other countries.
The Institute acts in the public interest through regulating the
profession, developing financial reporting standards and promoting
quality, integrity and expertise. In New Zealand, there is only one
local accountancy body, which is the New Zealand Institute of Chartered
Accountants (NZICA).
During the 2005/2006 Financial Year the Institute made a submission to
government every week and a half, on average, held more than 450 events
at branch level, and spent approximately 4,200 hours reviewing the
operations of 321 different accounting practices that offer services to
the public.
New Zealand Institute of Management (Associate Member)
The NZIM
(New Zealand Institute of Management) is New Zealand’s professional
body for managers. They set the standards for management education,
training and development in New Zealand.
They are New Zealand’s largest professional management organisation and
is representative of management and employers comprising 4,500
individual members and 1,500 corporate members. NZIM represents the
interests of these practising members and has an extensive coverage of
both the public and private sectors.
